Sheldon Hotel Eastbourne - Food and Drinks

Our chef and her partner are responsible for preparing excellent traditional English menus.

We have a fourteen day rotating menu, with Chef’s Choice every day, and an alternative of gammon, fish, salad or omelette of your choice. All food is prepared using local farm ingredients where possible, and when the menu states home made, it really is.

The soups are a special delight. Our restaurant is light and airy, and we are now open to non-residents. Our bar is well stocked, and we have a wine list of 15 wines to choose from.

 

Something for all palates. At least one of the owners has tasted all the wines beforehand, as they did not feel it fair to expect staff to put themselves through this difficult chore.
