Check in is open from 3-10pm and check out is by 10:30am. If you would like to book an early check in (from 12) or late checkout (midday) you will have that option when you book the room for a small fee. Early check-in is £20. Late check-out is £15. Bags can be left in the dining room, but please note we do not have a locked luggage-storage room. If you arrive in Eastbourne early with a car you are welcome to use our parking lot after midday.

Our private onsite parking is free for people that book directly with us, via phone, email or through our website. There is a small charge for those that book via 3rd arty sites to help reduce the commission costs we need to pay them.

Yes, and we have our own friendly dog, CK! If you would like to bring your pup, there is an extra fee of £15/night and we need to know in advance as only certain rooms can accommodate dogs. Also to note: we don't allow dogs in the dining room during breakfast. You are welcome to take your breakfast into the lounge next door and eat with them or out in the garden. It is a actually a great place to eat breakfast!

First, all of our rooms and rates include breakfast, as we don't believe in hungry people. You will be eating in what we can only imagine is the most colourful dining room in Sussex! We have a buffet with fruits, cereals, green yoghurt, coconut yoghurt (Vg), granola and muesli, juices, different milks and bread fresh from the bakery. We have options for folks that are avoiding gluten, dairy, meat or dairy...you get the picture. We serve organic teas from Clipper, and freshly roasted single origin coffee from Chimney Fire Coffee. Finally we cook hot breakfasts to order, from a classic Full English to light fluffy omelettes. Promise you won't leave hungry!
